I've navigated depression and anxiety since high school, but my postpartum journey after my second pregnancy was especially challenging. Crafting has always been a safe space—a way to ease anxiety and bring purpose by sharing handmade creations with others. Through Fire & Ash, my mission is to spread joy and light, helping make someone’s day a little brighter.
